摘　　要：对基于形状特征的图像检索方法进行了论述,提出了基于动态规划的彩色图像对象轮廓的提取方法。通过图像对象形状的规范化,给出了形状特征的椭圆逼近形状轮廓的图像检索方法。In this paper, we discuss the research phases of the image retrieval methods based on shape.Then a contour extraction approach based on dyramic programming for color images is presented.Through the shape normalization method,we describe a new way of shape\|based image retrieval by using a group of ellipses to approximate the contour of a shape.
