摘　　要：以德治国和以法治国是社会主义建设选择的正确方向,在党风建设上亦如此,德法兼治是推动党风建设的重要手段,在运用这一手段过程中应注意道德与法律,实践与知识普及的关系,还应着力建立完善的监督机制和教育体系。Rule by morals and rule by law are the correct direction chosen by socialist construction, so the same with construction of the Party's working style. They are also major means to boost the construction of the Parly's working style, in the course of which such relations as morals and law, practice and spread of knowledge should be paid attention to and sound supervision mechanism and education Ssystem will be set up.
