高校图书馆实行集体选书势在必行

摘　　要：很多高校图书馆的图书采购依然停留在传统选书方式上,即依靠1-2名采访人员"独断"选书,图书采购存在较大的主观性、盲目性、随意性。高校图书馆虽然在藏书数量上大幅增长,但藏书质量仍不尽如人意,主要表现在专业参考书不能满足读者的要求。本文从分析各种选书理论入手,借鉴中外高校图书馆的选书方法,认为高校图书馆只有实行集体选书才能提高图书采购的科学性和实用性,才能提高图书馆的藏书质量。The quality of library collection is decided by the selection of documents. The ways of selection of books at college library still depend on traditionary systemdepend on one or two librarians selecting books alonely. Librarians often select books by their own mind, so that, a plenty of library collections are not fit for readers. This article will discuss the necessity of collective selections of documents, the ways of its practice, and think that the ways would improve the scientific and practical of collecting books.
