摘  要:制备了以陶土为载体的TiO2 /SO2 -4 固体超强酸催化剂 ,并考察了它对丁酸异戊酯合成反应的催化性能。通过正交试验优化了丁酸异戊酯合成条件 :催化剂活化温度 6 0 0℃ ,催化剂用量 12 %(以 0 .15mol正丁酸为基准 ) ,反应物醇酸摩尔比 1.2∶1,反应时间 1h ,酯化率达 95 .2 %。The preparation of solid superacid catalyst, TiO 2 /SO 2- 4 supported on clay, and its catalytic activity to esterification of n-butyric acid and isoamyl alcohol in the presence of cyclohexane were investigated. It was found that the catalyst had fine catalytic activity. The optimum conditions of esterification by orthogonal experiments were as follows: the best active temperature of catalyst was 600 ℃, the amount of catalyst was 12 % up on the mass of butyric acid in reaction, the mole ratio of alcohol to acid was 1.2∶1 and the reaction time was 1 h. The esterified rate was up to 95.2 %.
