摘　　要：目的　建立肝组织鸟氨酸脱羧酶 (ODC)活性的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法　高效液相色谱法测定 3 0 min内 ODC催化产生的腐胺。结果　腐胺在 1.0 74～ 68.746μm ol· L - 1时线性关系良好。最低检测量为 0 .0 4nmol,测定结果的重现性好 ,变异系数为 6.84%。部分肝切除后6h,余留肝组织 ODC活性明显高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论　建立了可靠的。ObjectiveTo establish a high-performance liqu id chromatography assay for the activity of ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) in liver tissue.MethodPutrescine produced from ornithine in 30 min was measured.ResultsThe method had a linear range for putrescine o f 1.074～68.746 μmol·L -1 .The minimum detection limit was 0.04 nmol, with g ood recurrence, and the coefficient of variation was 6.84%. The activity of orn ithine decarboxylase in regenerating rat liver was measured, and the ODC activit y at 6 h following partial hepatectomy was significantly higher than that in norm a l rats.ConclusionA credible and sensitive assay for ODC activi ty can be established in this way.
