摘　　要：对轴承钢摆杆体进行冷挤压工艺研究 ,介绍了该零件冷挤压毛坯的制备、表面处理及冷挤压工艺流程 ,并对冷挤压模具的结构特点及硬质合金凹模的制造要点进行了阐述。This paper studies the cold extrusion technology for bearing steel swing rod body,introduces the preparation,surface treatment of cold extrusion billet and the technological process of cold extrusion of the part,expounds the structural characteristic of cold extrusion dies and main points in the manufacture of carbide die.
