摘 要:本研究应用盆栽实验的方法研究水稻和小麦间作条件下根系种间相互作用对水稻和小麦镉吸收的影响。采用塑料膜分隔、尼龙网(30μm孔径)分隔、不分隔方法等三个处理,研究根系种间相互作用。当水稻、小麦根系不分隔时,水稻、小麦地上部镉浓度比水稻、小麦塑料膜分隔时要低;水稻籽粒镉浓度比水稻单独种植籽粒的镉浓度要高出120%,而小麦籽粒镉浓度比小麦单独种植籽粒的镉浓度低40.4%。这一结果说明,水稻、小麦一起种植时均能降低水稻、小麦地上部对镉的吸收,但对镉在籽粒中的累积影响不同。A pot experiment was conducted in greenhouse to investigate the effects of interspecific below-ground interactions on Cd uptake by intercropped wheat (Triticum aestivum L. ) and rice (Oryza sativa L. ). The experiment was designed to control the extent of root interactions by root barriers with plastic sheet, nylon mesh (30μm) and without root barrier. When rice and wheat root systems were intermingled (without root barrier), both Cd concentrations in shoots of rice and wheat were lower than those in correspondingly monocultured rice or wheat (root barrier with plastic sheet). However, Cd concentration in rice grain was increased by 120% compared to that in monocultured rice grain. Cadmium concentration in the wheat grain was significantly decreased by 40. 4% compared to that in monocultured wheat grain. The results indicate that intercropping could reduce Cd uptake by rice and wheat in shoots, but it has different effects on Cd accumulation in the grain.
