摘 要:目的:探讨一种由螺旋CT图像反求(reverseengineering,RE)人体骨骼三维轮廓、用快速成型技术复制骨骼模型的方法,探索快速成型技术在矫形外科中的应用。方法:采用Picker公司PQ6000螺旋CT对猪股骨髁部进行层厚1mm,螺距1.0扫描,在CT机的VoxelQ图像工作站进行初期三维容积重建,之后对重建数据间隔0.2mm下载二维断层图像。自行开发数据格式转换软件,对下载图像进行滤波、去噪等处理,求出断面图像的二维边缘轮廓矢量化数据线图,将线图输入美国Imageware公司Surfacer9.0图像处理软件,对轮廓曲线进行矢量叠加,获得股骨髁表面轮廓三维实体模型。经数据转换,在西安交通大学恒通公司LPS600快速成型机上复制骨骼实体模型。结果:得到了树脂实体骨骼模型,其几何外形与原股骨髁实物高度一致,复制的精度高。结论:由CT片层数据获得骨骼轮廓信息,用快速成型技术可复制骨骼三维实体模型,为矫形外科、颌面外科的假肢设计制造,复杂骨骼疾病诊断以及临床教学打下基础。AIM:To investigate 3D reconstruction data from CT reverse engineering (RE)scan ning, a method to copy a model of bone via rapid prototyping and explore the app lication of rapid prototyping in orthopedic surgery. METHODS:Femoral condyle of a pig was scanned with PQ 6000 spiral CT with 1.0 s lice thickness, pitch of 1.0, and the obtained data were treated in Voxel Q imag e workstation for primary 3D reconstruction with volume rendering technique.Afte r having been downloaded to personal computer at 0.2 mm interval, the transaxial 2D image data were converted into 2D digitized contour data by using image proc essing software developed by our group.The 3D wire frame and solid images of fem oral condyle were reconstructed when the digitized data were inputted into image processing software of Surfacer 9.0 (Imageware Company. USA). Then the 3D solid model was obtained after the data was imported into the rapid prototyping machi ne LPS600(Heng Tong Company,Xi'an Xi'an Jiaotong University). RESULTS:The morphology of the solid bone model built with resin was all in goo d agreement with the original bone and the differences between them were very li ttle in each direction.
