青少年血压偏高与发中铜 锌 硒 镉关系的研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨血压偏高青少年发中Zn、Cu、Se、Cd含量变化与血压偏高的相互关系。方法 :Zn、Cu、Cd采用原子吸收分光光度计测定 ,Se采用荧光分光光度计测定。结果 :血压偏高组发中Zn、Cd含量明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;而Cu含量明显低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;发中Se含量无差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :Zn、Cu。Objective:To explore the relation between content of Cu?Zn?Se?Cd in hair of hypertension teenagers and slight Hypertension. Method: Zn?Cu?Cd are measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometer. Se is measured by spectrofluorophotometer. Result: The content of Zn?Cd in hair of hypertension groups is higher obviously than one of contrastive normal groups(P<0 05). But the content of Cu in hair of hypertension groups is lower obviously than one of contrastive normal groups(P<0 05). The content of Se in hair is no difference(P<0 05). Conclusion:There is close relation between the change of content of Zn?Cu?Cd and Hypertension.
