17例肝豆状核变性患者的血清铜兰蛋白检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨检测血清铜兰蛋白对肝豆状核变性患者的诊断意义。方法采用速率散射比浊法对17例肝豆状核变性患者血清铜兰蛋白进行测定,并进行回顾性结果分析。结果17例肝豆状核变性患者检测血清铜兰蛋白结果8.2±11.4mg/dl,同正常对照组比较显著降低,P<0.01,有显著性差异。17例全部降低阳性率达100%。结论肝豆状核变性患者检测血清铜兰蛋白可使患者得以尽早诊断和治疗。Obj ec tive To investigate the diagnostic significance of serum cerulo-plasmin in pati ents with hepatolenticular denaturalization.Methods The serum ceru-lopasmins of17patients with hepatolenticular denaturalization were determined by rate ne phelmetry.Results The values of serum ceruloplasmin in17cases were8.2±1 1.4mg/dl,The results of the patients' group showed significantly lower tha n that of normal group (P<0.01).Con clu sion Detecting serum ceruloplasm in may contribute to diagnose hepatolenticular denaturalization early.
