摘　　要：目的 :观察儿童前牙冠折断端即刻再接修复的临床疗效。方法 :14例冠折上前牙用双重固化树脂粘接系统进行断端即刻再接修复 ,临床观察 1年。结果 :经过 1年观察 ,再接断牙牙冠牢固 ,牙龈组织健康 ,外形恢复良好 ,牙冠颜色无明显改变 ,咬合关系正常。结论 :前牙冠折再接修复疗效可靠。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of immediate re attachment of crown fracture of anterior teeth.Methods:14 fractured crown fragments of incisors were immediate reattached using dual-curin g resin cement system.Postoperative clinical evaluation was made every three mon ths.Results:12 months after treatment, the treated teeth r evealed periodontal health, good esthetics and normal function.Conclu sions:Immediate reattachment of fractured anterior teeth fragments is feasible.
