摘  要:在 30℃条件下萌发 ,剥去种皮的枇杷 (EriobotryajaponicaLindl)种子大约在d 6开始出芽 ,甜橙 (CitrussinensisOsbesk)种子约d 3就开始出芽 .测量这个过程种子组织中抗坏血酸含量、抗坏血酸氧化酶活性、磷酸戊糖途径的二种关键酶葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶和 6 磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶活性 ,以及呼吸链电子传递途径的变化 .结果表明 ,种子在萌发过程中抗坏血酸氧化酶被激活 ,抗坏血酸含量明显下降 ;抗坏血酸含量的变化与葡萄糖 6 磷酸脱氢酶和 6 磷酸葡萄糖酸脱氢酶的活性呈明显的负相关 ,显示萌发过程中种子抗坏血酸含量的下降可能有利于呼吸途径向磷酸戊糖支路的转移 ;同时 ,种子萌发过程中抗氰呼吸增强 ,表明抗坏血酸含量的变化可能与抗氰呼吸密切相关 .图 5参When loquat (Eriobotrya japonica Lindl) seeds and sweet orange (Citrus sinensis Osbesk) seeds were incubated under 30 ℃, the loquat seeds began to germinate about on the 6th day, while the sweet orange seeds about on the 3rd day (Fig.1). During this process, the content of ascorbic acid, the activity of ascorbic acid oxidase, the change of respiratory electron chain, the activity of two key dehydrogenase for phosphopentose pathway, glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and phosphogluconate dehydrogenase, were determinated. The results in Fig.2 and Fig.3 showed that the activity of ascorbic acid oxidase increased and the content of ascorbic acid decreased obviously in the germination process. An intense negative correlation was found between the content of ascorbic acid and the activity of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase and phosphogluconate dehydrogenase (Fig.4), which indicated that the decrease of ascorbic acid may be useful for respiration transferring to phosphopentose pathway. At the same time, the anti-cyanide respiration rate got rising during the germination, showing a close relationship between the content of ascorbic acid and the anti-cyanide respiration.
