摘　　要：目的　探讨女性假两性畸形的手术治疗及改进的方法。方法　自 1994年 1月至 2 0 0 2年 2月 ,收治 4例女性假两性畸形患者 ,其中Ⅰ型 2例 ,Ⅱ型与Ⅲ型各 1例。根据畸形程度分别采用阴蒂成形术、大小阴唇再造术、尿道口与阴道口重建术再造逼真的女性外阴。结果　再造的外阴外形良好 ,功能正常。Objective To study the operative treatment and its improved method for female pseudohermaphroditism. Methods From January 1994 to February 2002, four patients with female pseudohermaphroditism were treated in our hospital. Among them, two cases were type Ⅰ, type Ⅱ and type Ⅲ one each. According to different deformities, clitoroplasty, reconstruction of greater lipof pudendum and nympha, reconstructed of external orifice of urethra and vaginal orifice were employed respectively to reconstruct female vulva. Results The appearance of the reconstructive vulva was very good, and its function was normal. Conclusion The appropriate plastic operation might reconstruct the lifelike female vulva of patients with female pseudohermaphroditism.
