摘　　要：目的巩固住院时的康复治疗成果,提高病人的生活质量。方法对32例出院病人进行了社区康复指导,并采用改良巴氏指数评分法来评定日常生活能力。结果出院时与出院后3个月日常生活能力得分经t检验,有显著性差异,P<0.001,说明出院后康复指导提高病人日常生活能力。结论做好社区康复指导如心理卫生指导、营养指导、预防性肢体功能康复训练、语言及日常生活能力训练、环境指导等,对提高病人的日常生活能力有重要的作用。Objective To consolidate the effect of rehabilitative treatment and improve the patient's quality of life.Methods Community rehabilitation instructions were conducted in32discharged patients and their activities of daily life was evaluated using modified Barthel index(MBI).Res ults The difference was significant between at discharge from hospital and three months after discharge from hospital by t test statistically(P<0.001),indicating that community rehabilitation instructions after discharge improved the patients'activity of daily life.Conclus ion Community rehabilitation instructions such as mental and hygienic instructions,nutritious instructions,preventive rehabilitative training of extremities,training of language and ability of daily life,environmental instructions play important role in the improvement of patients daily life.
