摘　　要：目的 :通过我院自开展Phaco手术以来所作 4 2 18例 (4 85 0只眼 )临床分析 ,对该先进术式做出阶段性总结。方法 :随机将所有记录较完整的病例进行归纳、分析。结果 :术后矫正视力达 0 5或以上者占 95 3% ,1 0或以上者达 6 9% ,0 1或以下者占 0 97% ,术后视力不良者仅少数因手术因素造成 ,多数系眼底病变等原因 ,与手术本身无关。结论 :白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入术以其先进性、高科技性、安全高效及恢复视力快等诸多优点 ,是白内障手术发展的必然趋势 ,我们应大力推广Phaco技术。Objective:Through clinical analysis of 4218 cases phacoemulsification,we make a stage summary of this advanced surgery.Methods:All full records were concluded and analysised randomly.Results:The correct vision were 0 5 or better in 95 3% after surgery,1 0 or better in 0 97%.A few poor vision were caused by surgical factor,and most poor vision were caused by other factor as eye ground illness.Conclusion:There are many merits such as advanced technology,safety,high powered,quickly resumption about phacoemulsification,and intraocular lens implantation.It is necessary trend about cataract surgery,and ophthalmology will develop by this technology.Many hospitals have fairly ability,and we should spread Phaco in order to keep up with internation.
