摘　　要：目的　探讨恶性肿瘤贫血与非肿瘤贫血的红细胞体积分布宽度 (RDW)变异情况 .方法　用Coulter-JT全自动血细胞分析仪检测恶性肿瘤性贫血组、非肿瘤性贫血组及正常对照组的RDW .结果　恶性肿瘤贫血组RDW2 1.34± 4 .4 8% ,非肿瘤贫血组RDW 14 .86± 2 .17% ,均高于正常对照组RDW 13.0 0± 0 .90 % (p <0 .0 1) ;恶性肿瘤贫血组高于非肿瘤贫血组 (p <0 .0 1) .Objective To study variance of red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW) for malignant anemia and non-malignant anemia.Methods RDW of malignant anemia patients, non-malignant anemia patients and normal persons were deteced by Coulter-JT automated hematology analyzer. Results RDW of malignant anemia (21.34±4.48%),non-malignant anemia (14.86±2.17%) were significantly higher than that of normal persons(13.00±0.90)% anddifference was significantly between RDW of malignant anemia and that of non-malignant anemia(p<0.01). Conclusions RDW was significantly elevated in the patients with malignant anemia when compared with the patients with non-malignant anemia and normal persons.
