焦炉工外周血P_(21)和P_(53)表达水平测定及其意义

摘　　要：目的了解焦炉工外周血中P21 和P53 蛋白表达水平。方法采用P21、P53 免疫组化染色试剂盒 ,对56名焦炉工和40名对照者的外周血进行检测。结果56例焦炉工中有13例P21 蛋白阳性 ,12例P53 蛋白表达阳性。阳性率分别为23.2%和21.4 % ;40名对照者外周血中各有2例P21、P53 蛋白阳性 ,阳性率各为5.0 % ,两组间差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。对焦炉工按是否吸烟与工龄进行分组比较 ,未发现P21、P53 组间差异。结论煤焦油沥青可使接触者外周血中P21、P53 蛋白表达水平升高。Objective To comprehend the expressive level of P 21 and P 53 in peripheral lymˉphocyte in workers exposed to coke oven.Methods Lymphocyte P 21 and P 53 expressive levels were determined among56workers exposed to coke oven and40controls by immunocytochemistry stainˉing.Results Among56workers exposed to coke oven,13cases and12cases were found to be positive staining of P 21 (23.2%)and P 53 (21.4%),respectively.In control group2cases were found to be positive staining of P 21 (5%)and P 53 (2%),respectively.The difference of expression of P 21 and P 53 between coke oven workers and the controls was significant(P<0.05).No significant difference of P 21 and P 53 expression was found between the cigarette smokers and non_smokers in workers exposed to coke oven.Conclusion Coal tar pitch as a by_product can increse the P 21 and P 53 levels in workers exposed to coke oven.
