摘　　要：目的 :探讨杜氏病与急性上消化道大出血的关系及临床特点。方法 :对我院 1986年～ 2 0 0 2年收治的 12例杜氏病进行回顾性分析。结果 :12例杜氏病患者均为男性农民 ,术前有反复呕血及黑便史。结论 :急性上消化道大出血患者在 2 4h内进行胃镜检查 ,是目前诊断杜氏病的主要手段 。Objective:To explore the relationship of Dieulafoy's Di se ase and acute top enteron bleeding and the clinical character of Dieulafoy's Dis ease.Methods:12 patients treated by Funing Hospital were reviewed du ring 1986～2002.Results:All patients have repeated haematemesisd and black dejection before operations.Conclusions:At present gastroscop e of patients with acute top enteron bleeding within 24 hours is the main means in diagnosis of Dieulafoy's Disease.The best way to treat Dieulafoy's Disease i s immediate surgery.
