6例颅内海绵状血管瘤的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：目的 :本文对颅内不同部位海绵状血管瘤的影像特征及治疗作一探讨。方法 :对我科 1 999年 8月以来治疗的 6例颅内海绵状血管瘤进行回顾性分析。结果 :颅内海绵状血管瘤在MRI影像上有些明显特点。 3例脑内肿瘤完全切除 ,海绵窦内 2例因大出血部分切除 ,1例丘脑肿瘤随访观察。结论 :怀疑颅内海绵状血管瘤有必要行MRI检查 ,不同部位海绵状血管瘤采用不同治疗办法。Objective:The purpose of this paper is to explore the imaging features and treatment of different topical carvenous hemangiomas.Methods:The data of 6 patients with the intracranial cavernous hemangiomas in our department from August 1999 to April 2002 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The MRI imaging features of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas were significant,then 3 intracranial tumors were totally resected,2 cavernous tumors were partly resected for massive hemorrhage and 1 thalamic turmor was follw up.Conclusion:The MRI is essential for diagnosis of intracranial cavernous hemangiomas.The methods of treatment differ according to tumoral position.
