摘　　要：目的 :观察梁金菇多糖对白血病细胞株 HL - 60凋亡的影响。方法 :HL - 60细胞与不同浓度的梁金菇多糖共同孵育 5 d后 ,采用荧光显微镜与透射电镜观察细胞形态及结构、DNA凝胶电泳观察“阶梯状”条带、流式细胞仪测定凋亡率。结果 :细胞出现核碎裂、核溶解 ,凋亡小体形成等典型的凋亡形态学变化。结论 :梁金菇多糖能诱导 HL- 60细胞发生典型凋亡。Objective:To observe the effect of liangjin mushroom polysaccharide(LJPS) on apoptosis in HL 60 cell line of leukemia.Method:After HL 60 cells had been incubated with different strength of LJPS for 5 days,morphological change of apoptotic cells,DNA ladder and apoptosis rate were examined with fluorescence,electron microscopy,electrophoresis and flow cytometry.Results:There were typical morphological changes of apoptotic cells such as nuclear fragmentation,nuclear dissolution,and apoptosis body,and DNA ladder on agar ose gel eletrophoresis.Conclusions:LJPS can induce typical apoptosis of HL 60 cells.
