胃癌与生长抑素关系的研究

摘　　要：采用放免分析法 (RIA)测定 2 0例胃癌患者血浆、胃液、癌组织及癌旁组织中生长抑素 (SS)含量 ,并与 1 8例健康人对照。结果发现胃癌组血浆SS含量明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ,胃癌组血浆SS含量又明显高于其本身胃液中SS含量 (P <0 .0 0 1 ) ;癌旁组织SS含量明显高于癌组织中SS含量 (P <0 .0 0 1 )。提示胃癌患者血浆SS增高有利于抑制肿瘤组织的生长 ;胃癌患者的SS仍以内分泌形式进入血循环为主 ;检测胃粘膜不同部位的SS有助于对胃癌的诊断及确定肿瘤的范围 ,给予外源性SS治疗可能抑制肿瘤细胞的生长。Objective: In order to study the relationship between the somatostatin(ss) and gastric cancer.Methods:This research with RIA determined SS contents of plasma,gastric juice,cancerous tissue and paracancerous tissue in 20 patients with gastric cancer and SS contents of plasma in 18 health controls.Results:The plasma SS contents in patients were significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.001);plasma SS contents were significantly higher than gastric juice in patients(P<0.001);paracancerous tissue SS contents were significantly higher than cancerous tissue in the patients.Conclusion:The elevation of plasma SS in patients with gastric cancer was benificial to inhibit the growth of cancerous tissue;It was main way for SS to endercrine into blood circulation in patients with gastric cancer;It was helpful to diagnose and determine the size of tumour in patient with gastric cancer by measuring the SS contents of gastric mucosas and it may be useful to treat gastric cancer with SS.
