胃癌及癌前病变中P21,C-erbB-2和P53表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：应用SP免疫组织化学染色方法检测 60例胃癌和 2 0例癌前病变中C erbB 2 ,P53和P2 1基因的过度表达 ,多基因阳性在胃癌中为 35 % ,癌前病变中为 0 % ,多基因表达明显提示胃癌预后差。C erbB 2 ,P53和P2 1的多基因表达的检测对胃癌的预后判断明显优于其中某个单基因表达的检测。The overexpression of C erbB 2,P53 and P21 in 60 cases of gastric cancer and 20 cases of precancerous conditions were studied in SP immunohistochemistry The multiple gene positive rate in gastric cancer was 35%,and that in precancerous conditions was 0% The polygene overexpression significantly indicated poor grognosis of gastric cancers Determination of overexpression of C erbB 2,P53 and P21 simultaneously was superior to that of any single gene in evaluating the prognosis of gastric cancers
