摘 要:目的 报道腹腔镜实质性脏器切除术的效果。方法 用腹腔镜技术对28例实质性脏器进行了切除手术,其中脾切除术18例、半肾切除术2例、肾切除术和肾上腺切除术各4例。结果28例手术均成功,手术时间90~360分钟,平均120分钟,术中失血50~200ml,术后3~15天出院,平均5天。结论 腹腔镜实质性脏器切除具有微创外科一切优点,是一种安全有效的方法。Objective To study the application of laparoscopy in solid viscera resection. Methods 28 cases of solid viscera resection had been done by laparoscopy. The procedures involved in laparoscopic Splenectomy(n = 18), nephrectomy(n = 4), Semi - nephrectomy(n = 2), adrenalectomy(n = 4). Results All cases were success- fully operated on. The average of operative time was 120min(90 - 360min), the loss of blood was 50 - 200ml and the average postoperative hospitalization days was 5 days(3 - 15days). Conclusions Solid viscera resection by lapa- roscopy have all the advantages of minimally invasive surgery. It's a safe and effective procedure for the patient.
