摘　　要：权力、金钱、生活方式是摆在领导干部面前的现实考验，是腐蚀与反腐蚀斗争的焦点。当前提高领导干部思想素质，从源头上预防和治理腐败，完善考核机制，强化管理体制，是当前反腐倡廉工作的重点。Every leader and cadre will be faced with some tests, such as power, money and the way of life, which are the focus in the struggle of corruption and arti-comuption. Now some leaders and cadres have some problems on mental quality This paper is to clarify them and analyse the reasons, and then, discuss how to take precautions against and corruption from the origin, and how to tighten up arti-corruption and initiate honesty.
