牙骨质对植牙牙根吸收的影响

摘　　要：本文阐明异体牙移植供牙牙骨质质量是影响牙根吸收主要因素之一,临床证明良好的供牙牙骨质自身植入后平均存活时间可达18年,而变质牙骨质的供牙植入后平均存活时间仅为7年。植牙的牙根吸收至今仍无法避免,但在供牙处理及库存中如能保持供牙牙骨质不变质或少变质,则牙根吸收可转化为代偿性吸收,能有效地延长植牙存活时间。The speed of root resorption of homotransplanted tooth using healthy and alterative cementrum as donor was investigated comparatively. The average time of survival of the transplanted tooth in case of healthy donor cementum was 18 years, while that in ease of alterative one, only 7 years. The resorption of dental root was inevitable up to the present, but if the donor tooth cementum preserved was normal or minimally alterative, the survival time could be much prolonged. In animal experiment, tooth transplantation using normal cementum showed only compensatory resorption, instead of inflammatory resorption in case of using alterative or traumatic tooth as donor.
