摘　　要：推行学分制是教学管理制度改革的重要方面之一 .培养高素质创新人才是实施学分制的目的 ,顺利推行学分制必须具备相应的条件 ,所以说推行学分制是一个不断创造条件 ,不断完善的过程 。To push the credit system is one of the important aspects for education administration reformation. Training high quality and innovative talent is the purpose of the execution of the credit system. There must be corresponding assorted conditions for the smooth pushing of the system. Therefore, it is a course of continuous creating and perfecting and a system engineering. \;
