摘 要:在点燃式单缸直喷式天然气发动机上 ,通过喷射及点火方式的适当调整 ,实现对燃烧过程控制的目的 .用高速摄影方法观测分析了不同的喷射方式及点火方式对火焰传播过程的影响 ;制取示功图分析研究了对放热规律的影响 .研究结果表明 ,在较稀薄的混合气下 ,喷射方式及点火方式可以有效地控制放热规律 ,由此可控制天然气发动机排放特性 。In this paper the purpose to control combustion processes was achieved by means of injections and two different ignition timings, and observation and comparisons toward flame behavior in different inject approaches and ignition timings were done with high speed photography when the fuel of natural gas is directly injected into the cylinder on the ignition natural gas engine. The influences of different inject approaches and ignition timings on the release of heater rate were studied. The result shows that in leaner mixed gas, the release of heater rate is controlled effectivelly through different inject approach and ignition timings, so the gas exhaustion performance can be controlled and cycle behavior is improved.
