摘　　要：主要介绍语言与文化的概念以及中西文化在词汇和文化交际方面对成人外语教学的影响。倡导在成人教学中导入目的语文化的必要性 ,旨在更深层上了解中西文化的差异 ,提高成人学生的英语综合运用能力乃至整体素质。This article gives an introduction to the relations between language and culture as well as their differences in words and cross-cultural communication. It is meant to propose the necessity of introducing the differences between target language and native language, shorten the differences and enhance not only the overall capacities of using foreign language but also the whole quality of the adults.
