摘　　要：复发性阿弗遣他溃疡（RAU）是口腔粘膜常见病之一．由于其病因复杂，尚没有特效的治疗方案．我们选用绿脓杆菌甘露糖敏感血凝菌毛株菌苗局部治疗RAU，其在促进溃疡愈合，延长复发间隔的作用均优于口腔渍疡膏，并讨论了治疗机制．Abstract:Recurrent aphthous ulcer is one of the most common diseases of the oral mucosa. Thecauses of this disease are so complicated that there is no specific treatment. We used pesudomonasaeruginosa with mannose sensitive hemagglutination pill strain vaccine in a case- control study. Theresult is that the topovaccinotherapy has better effect than ulcerative paste in curing recurrentaphthous ulcer. The pathogenesis of treatment is also discussed in this paper.
