摘　　要：介绍了大型轧钢厂高速线材轧机齿轮箱在线远程监测诊断网络系统.能区分齿轮箱中轴承、齿轮、轴系三类零件各自的故障特征信号,同时研究冲击振动信号在齿轮箱故障诊断中的特殊作用和意义。系统中应用计算机网络,采用远程通信技术,应用WINNT4.0SERVER/WINDOWS2000SERVER系统构建RAS(远程访问服务)系统,支持远程访问,这为诊断专家共享提供了一个实用的工具,实现了现场设备大范围的异地诊断技术.为现场设备的安全可靠运行提供了保障.An online remote inspect and diagnosisinternet system used in the hi gh-speed wire rolling mill gearbox of large-scale steel factory hasbeen introdu ced in thisarticle.Thissystem can discern the characteristic signal of their r espective malfunctionsof these three parts:bearing,gear wheel and shafting in t he gear case.Besidesthis,we have studied the special function and significance of impulse vibration signal in the gear case' smalfunction diagnose.Computer ne twork and remote communica-tion technology are used in the system.RAS(remote ac cessing service)system isbuilt by the WINNT4.0SERVER/WIN-DOWS2000SERVER tosup port the remote accessing.Thispro-vide a real and share tool for the diagnose expert and realize the large-scale strange land ' sdiagnose technology of equip-mentson the spot.At the same time,the RASoffersa guaran-tee for the securi ty and credibility of equipmentson the spot.
