校企合作创新的属性演化及对分配方式的影响

摘　　要：校企合作创新过程中属性呈现互补变化,且创新主导组织发生转移。本文构造校企合作创新全过程的利益分配委托代理模型,推演证明了校企在合作创新的不同阶段对分配方式具有不同偏好,并得到各阶段的最优分配合约或达到最优分配的条件。同时还在对校企各自的生产重要性、产出品效用系数等变量的讨论中得到一系列有意义的结论。As the development of the cooperative innovation between enterprise and university,its double character of public-owned and private-owned is dynamically complementary,and the leading organization is also switching.In this paper,a principal-agent model of profit distribution in the whole progress of enterprise-university coopera-tive innovation is proposed.It is deduced and proved that the different organizations have different preference to the distribution way in the different stage of cooperative innovation;meanwhile,it attains the best distributing contract or the best distributing conditions in every stage.This paper also achieves a series of meaningful conclu-sion through the discussion of some variables such as the importance of production、output utility coefficients.
