米托蒽醌灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨米托蒽醌 (MTZ)膀胱灌注防止术后复发的疗效和安全性。方法对 5 8例膀胱癌患者行膀胱部分切除术。术后定期应用MTZ膀胱内灌注 ,每次药物在膀膀胱内保留 2小时。结果 5 8例均未见全身药物不良反应 ,仅 7例出现轻微膀胱刺激症状。随访 3～ 2 4个月 ,复发 5例 ,复发率 8.6 %。结论MTZ膀胱灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发疗效满意 ,副作用小 ,安全性好。Objective To evaluate the effect and safety of intravesical reperfusion of mitoxantrone(MTZ) for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer. Methods 58 patients underwent partial cystectomy of the bladder cancer. MTZ was reperfused intravesically regularly which retained in the bladder for 2 hours. Results Tumor recurrence occurred in 5 cases,with recurrence rate of 8.6%,of 58 cases followed up for 3 24 months. There was no generalized side effect. Minor bladder irritation was noted only in 7 cases. Conclusion Intravesical reperfusion of MTZ is effective for the prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder cancer,with safety and less side effect.
