摘　　要：There are a lot of different terminals existed in internet. Each of them has different demand on format andlanguage when it retrieves information. This paper introduces a Web news information publish model with multi-for-mat and multi-language capability. Within this model ,users no longer need specify format and language when he re-trieves information by any internet terminal. And information provider no longer need create copies for every format.A discrete model implement based on NewsML,a kind of XML standard used in news area,is presented in the paper.There are a lot of different terminals existed in internet.
