摘  要:目的 研究茶多酚 (TP)、维生素C(Vc)对镉肾毒性的影响。方法 将Wistar大鼠 40只 ,随机分成 4组。第 1组为对照组 ,第 2组大鼠皮下注射 1 44mg/kg氯化镉溶液 ;第 3、4组大鼠以TP、Vc预处理后皮下注射 1 44mg/kg氯化镉溶液 ,每周 3次 ,连续 6周。分别在实验开始后第 4周和 6周时将大鼠移入代谢笼 ,收集 2 4h尿样 ,分别测定尿N -乙酰 -P -氨基葡萄糖酶 (NAG)活性和尿蛋白、尿镉含量。于最后一次注射 2 4h后处死大鼠 ,采集血液和肾皮质样品。测定各组大鼠血清尿素氮、血及肾皮质的丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,血及肾皮质镉含量。结果 染镉 4周后 ,与单纯染镉组比较 ,TP和Vc能明显降低尿NAG酶活性和尿蛋白含量。染镉 6周后 ,TP和Vc能显著降低血清尿素氮、血及肾皮质MDA含量。TP还能显著降低血、肾皮质镉及升高尿镉含量。结论 TP、Vc预处理对镉中毒所致的肾损伤有一定的预防作用 。Objective TP(Tea polyphenols) and Vc(Vitamine C) were giv en to rats to study the effects on the nephrotoxicity induced by chronic exposur e to cadmium.Methods Four groups were used for the study.Three experim ental groups were given subcutaneous injection of 1.44?mg/kg CdCl 2,two of w hich were pretreated by TP and Vc respectively before the injected of CdCl 2,t hree times each week for 6 weeks.Control group was injection with 0.9% NaCl at t he same time.Urinary samples were collected at the end of the 4th and 6th week.N AG activities,protein,and cadmium contents were determined in urine.Kidney and b lood were collected 24?h later after the final injection.BUN and MDA in blood a nd renal cortex were mensuated.Results NAG activities and protein content in urine of TP and Vc groups decreased significantly compared with those of animals given cadm ium alone at the end of week 4.After week 6 the pretreatment of TP and Vc decrea sed BUN significantly in blood as well as MDA contents of renal cortex and blood .Moreover,TP obviously decreased Cd content in blood and renal cortex,but increa sed Cd content in urine.Conclusion TP and Vc could protect rats against the toxic effects of Cd on kidney,which may be the result of reducing lipid peroxidation and Cd content.
