内障清丸治疗初、中期老年性白内障的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察中药制剂内障清丸治疗老年性初、中期白内障的临床疗效及安全性的研究。方法 :设立内障清丸组 ,治疗老年性白内障初、中期患者 1 1 0例 ( 2 1 4只眼 ) ;另设对照组 5 0例 ( 96只眼 )使用西药VitC、VitE口服 ,白内停眼药水滴眼。经 3个月治疗统计疗效进行评价。结果 :内障清丸组 2 1 4只眼 ,显效 64只眼 ( 2 9.91 % ) ,有效 1 2 1只眼 ( 5 6.5 4 % ) ,总有效率 86.45 % ,疗效优于对照组。认为内障清丸能使老年性白内障初、中期患者视力提高 。Objective To study the clinical therapeutic effects and safety of traditional Chinese preparation Neizhang Qing in treating senile cataract at the early phase and metaphase. Method 110 cases of cataract patients(214 eyes) were treated in the treatment group with Neizhang Qing Pill; 50 cases(96 eyes) were treated in the control group with oral administration of VitC and VitE as well as Bainei Ting Eye drops. Statistical evaluation was conducted 3 months after the treatment. Result Of the 214 eyes in the treatment group, 64 eyes had marked effects(29.91%), 121 eyes(56,54%) had effects, the total effective rate being 86.45%. This was better that that of the control group in therapeutic effects. The paper believes Neizhang Qing may improve eye sight in senile cataract patients at the early phase and metaphase, keep the lens opacity undeveloped.
