摘　　要：基因诊断技术的发展和应用在造福于人类的同时 ,也引起了关于维护人类价值和尊严、保护隐私权等一系列伦理问题的关注。遵循正确的伦理教育原则 ,对基因技术人员和医学生进行科学的伦理教育 ,尽可能避免或减少该技术给人类社会带来的危害 ,是 2While the development and application of gene technology are benefiting human beings widely and deeply, it also arouses people's special attention towards the sustaining of human value and dignity. Ethic problems caused by gene diagnosis, gene treatment and the interpretation of human genome code allow no ignorance. It is an important researching subject in the 21th century to conduct scientific ethical education to personnel of gene technology and medical students according to correct ethic education principles, so as to avoid or reduce the damage caused by it as much as possible.
