柯柯维奇与我国青少年足球训练理念、方法的比较

摘　　要：通过对柯柯维奇执教的山东鲁能U 17队和参加2002年中国足协冬训的部分队伍训练文件的比较,训练现场的观察。得出我国青少年足球训练中存在着急功近利的思想,以及训练方法手段不按青少年身心规律办的问题,建议根据中国青少年的实际情况来学习维奇的理念和方法。Through the comparison between the Shandong Luneng U-17 Team coached by Cocowenchi and coaching files of some of teams taking part in the CFC winter training as well as the on-the-spot observation, conclusions were made as follows: 1. The eager for instant success and benefit was prevalent in China's youth soccer training. 2. The coaching methods were far from young player's physical and mental development. It's suggested that Cocowenchi's concept and methods be studied according to young players' practical condition.
