略论篮球运动员比赛意识的培养

摘　　要：根据篮球运动的特点,结合运动员篮球比赛意识形成的过程,对篮球运动员意识的培养进行探讨。认为比赛意识的形成是一个较为复杂、细腻的,需要长期学习、培养的连续性的过程,是通过反复训练和比赛逐渐形成的。在对运动员进行篮球技术、战术训练的同时,必须有计划、有目的、有步骤地进行比赛意识的科学训练和培养,并使之贯穿于整个训练过程中,使比赛意识与身体素质、技术、战术培养密切结合,并有效和谐的发展。According to the features of basketball and the forming process of players' competition consciousness, this paper inquires into the approaches to cultivating basketball players' competition consciousness. The process is complex and continuous, requiring a long-term learning, minute cultivation, repeated training and lots of games. The scientific coaching and cultivation of basketball consciousness must be carried out together with the introduction to techniques and tactics and throughout the whole process of coaching. In this way, basketball consciousness can be integrated with players' physical condition, techniques and tactics so that these aspects can be promoted efficiently and harmoniously.
