摘  要:比较研究了褐稻虱不同虫态和水稻不同品种植株体内的氮素营养水平及其相互关系。结果表明:抗虫品种“沪粳抗”和“Mudgo”稻株叶鞘内游离氨基酸含量仅为标准品种“TN1”的1/5,“ASD_7”却超过“TN1”的1/2,接近于感虫品种“双丰一号”。褐稻虱各虫态体内的氨基酸组成无显著差异,但与水稻之间差异显著,稻株中富含氨基酸(百分组成>10%)的百分含量均超过褐稻虱,而贫含氨基酸(百分组成<4%)的百分组成均低于褐稻虱。因此,稻株中氨基酸的含量及其组成可能是影响褐稻虱正常生存发育的限制因素。The nitrogen-nutritional levels of rice plant and the brown planthopper (Ni- laparvata lugens) were comparatively studied.It was indicated that concentration of total free amino acids in two resistant varieties,Hujingkang and Modgo,was one-fifth as much as that in TN1,but the concentration in ASD_7 was half as much as that in TN1-and almost equal to that in another susceptible chinese rice variety.Various amino acids in rice plants were di- vided into two groups:richly-contained amino acids and poorly-contained amino acids,ac- cording to their percent porportions to the concentration of total amino acids.There were distinct differences in the percent proportions of amino acids between BPH and rice plant.It was inferred that concentration and percent proportion of poorly-contained amino acids in rice plant were limiting factors limiting for the BPH growth and development.
