摘  要:本文系统描述了香菇病毒病在菌丝体阶段和子实体阶段的各种症状。从具有典型病毒病症状的香菇菌丝体中分离出两种带毒菌株SLV-1和SLV-2的纯培养,并从这些菌丝体中纯化出一种34~35nm的球状病毒颗粒。测定结果表明,带毒菌株的纤维素酶、半纤维素酶、木质素酶活性和对木屑培养料中纤维素、半纤维素、木质素的降解能力比其正常菌株明显下降。在用单双核杂交研究香菇病毒的侵染途径中,证实了性亲和性因子是控制香菇病毒传播的一个主要遗传因子,并讨论了病毒感染是香菇菌种退化的主要原因。Symptoms of virus disease at the stages of mycelia and fruit body in Lentinus edodes were described in this article. Two strains infected by virus, SLV-1 and SLV-2 were isolated from the mycelia with typical virus disease, and isometric virus-like particles appoximately 33~34nm in diameter were purified from abnormal mycelia. The experimental result suggested that the activities of cellulase, hemiclellulase and laccase in virus-infected strains and their degeneration capacity of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin in sawdust substrate were lower than those of normal strains. The di-mono mating cross between normal monokaryon and abnormal dikaryon demonstrated that sexual compatibility was an important genetic factor controlling virus spread in L. edodes. In this article, we also discussed the relation between viral infection and degeneration in L. edodes.
