摘　　要：颜料粒子的分散状态决定着胶印油墨的质量，影响到它的印刷适性。通过测试并绘制ＴＧＳ系列与ＳＡＫＡＴＡ胶印油墨的流动曲线，分析并讨论了颜料粒子分散状态对粘度、屈服值等流变学特性的影响，可为改进高质量胶印油墨的生产提供参考。Dispersion status of pigment particles of ink determines its quality and affects the printability.By testing rheological property of TGS inks (made in China) and SAKATA inks (made in Japan) and drawing up their flow curves,the effect of status on their rheological behaviour (viscosity,yield value,etc) is examined thus providing ink manufacturers with a reference to improve the quality.
