从MBA的生源变化看培养方面改革的需要

摘　　要：从年龄上来看:学生的平均年龄呈下降趋势,有较多工作经历、时间经验的人数逐步减少,尤其脱产班的学生中有相当一批是本科毕业后在三、四年内考上MBA的,工作时间很短,并且基本没有什么管理工作的经历.MBA education meet social demand and the expectation of student aspect should study following problems: 1. How to be organized teaching, so as make the student of different condition get necessary knowledge and train , so to reach the training goal of MBA; 2.How to train student face reality and meet ability raising from psychology; 3.Training student have the competitive consciousness and the ideological of Patriotism.
