摘　　要：传统的企业管理模式不利于企业信息化的实施和供应链管理绩效的发挥。此外综述了供应链管理的特点及对供应链管理思想的优化 ,在此基础上 ,提出两种新的基于供应链的企业管理模式———联合管理模式和多级库存管理模式 ,使全球网络供应链在需求满足方面既提高服务质量又降低成本 。The traditional enterprise management modes are not favor of implementing enterprise information and bringing the supply chain management performance into play. The writers introduce the characters of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) and the optimization of its thoughts. Then two kinds of enterprise management modes based SCM - Alliance Management Mode (AMM) and Multilevel Inventory Management Mode (MIMM) are proposed,which make the Global Network Supply Chain both improve the service quality and bring down the cost, thus realize the total optimization.
