摘 要:就改善催化裂化柴油新一代加氢改质催化剂FC-4512应用的工艺条件在实验室进行了考察,并在600kt/a柴油加氢工业装置上进行了应用试验。实验室考察结果表明,最佳的工艺条件为体积空速0.8~1.5h^(-1),反应温度350~380℃,氢油体积比600~800,反应氢分压6.0~8.0MPa。工业应用可根据装置自身特点,利用工艺条件的互补性,调整操作参数,工业试验结果表明,该催化剂的脱硫活性好,可由原料中的7 000μg/g降到产品的5.8μg/g;降凝效果明显,凝点可由-4℃降至-7℃;十六烷值提高10.9个单位,柴油收率大于95%。该催化剂对原料具有广泛的适应性。A new generation hydro-upgrading catalyst FC-4512 was developed for processing FCC LCO. The laboratory investigation showed that the optimized operating conditions were a reaction temperature of 350 - 380℃ , a volume space velocity of 0. 8 - 1. 5h-1 , hydrogen to oil volume ratio of 600 - 800 and a hydrogen partial pressure of 6. 0 - 8. 0MPa. Commercial application could adjust the operating parameters according the features of the unit. The commercial test exhibited that the said cata-lyst possessed good desulfurization activity, the sulfur content reduced from 7000μg/g in the feedstock to 5. 8μg/g in the product. In comparison the product with the feedstock, the freezing point dropped from - 4℃ to - 7℃ and the increment of cetane number was 10. 9 units. The product gas oil yield was higher than 95%, and the said catalyst also showed broad feedstock adaptability.
