白血病患者和正常人外周血白细胞的铜蓝蛋白研究

摘　　要：应用放射免疫测定法测定42例急慢性白血病和17例正常人的外周血白细胞的铜蓝蛋白(CP)含量,正常人的单个核细胞,(MNC:淋巴细胞与单核细胞)和成熟多形核细胞(PMNC)都含有CP。急慢性白血病患者的原幼细胞、MNC和PMNC也都含有CP。未缓解的急性白血病的PMNC的CP含量显著高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。本文对白血病和正常人外周血白细胞的CP来源及白血病血清CP增高的原因作了讨论。The ceruloplasmin (CP) content of peripheral blood leucocytes was determined by radioimmunoassay in 42 patients with acute and chronic leukemias and in 17 normal controls. It was found that both mononuclear cells (MNC, lymphocyte and monocyte) and polymorphonuclear cells (PMNC) in normal persons contained CP and MNC, PMNC and blast cells of the peripheral blood in patients with acute and chronic leukemias contained CP too. The CP content of PMNC in non-remitted acute leukemia was higher than that of normal controls(P<0.05). The origin of the CP in peripheral blood leucocyte of leukemias and normal persons, and the cause of serum CP elevation in leukemias are discussed.
