摘 要:利用甲烷乙烯比(Me/E)和甲烷丙烯比(Me/P)作为HCC工艺裂解深度的控制指标,在固定流化床试验装置上考察了反应温度、进料空速和水油比等工艺条件对其裂解深度的影响。试验结果表明,裂解深度随反应温度的升高、进料空速的降低而加深;水油比对裂解深度影响不大,但可以改善产物分布。适宜的裂解深度控制指标应为Me/E:0.35~0.36,Me/P:0.55~0.60。Taking methane/ethylene (Me/E) ratio and meth-ane/propylene (Me/P) ratio as the control indexes of cracking level of heavy oil contact cracking process, the influences of process conditions, such as reaction temperature, feeding airspeed and water - to - oil ratio, on cracking level are studied on experimental units on fixed fluid beds. Experiment results show that the cracking level goes up along with reaction temperature increasing and feeding airspeed lowering; while the water- to- oil ratio has insignificant impacts on cracking level, though it can improve the distribution of products. Suitable cracking level indexes should be Me/E ranging from 0. 35 t o0. 36 and Me/P from 0. 55 to 0. 60.
