VEGF与MMP-2在肝细胞肝癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　研究肝细胞肝癌 (HCC)血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF)和基质金属蛋白酶 - 2 (MMP- 2 )表达的相关性和临床意义。方法　应用免疫组化方法检测 6 7例 HCC组织、41例癌旁组织以及正常肝组织 VEGF和MMP- 2的蛋白表达。结果　 6 7例肿瘤组织 41例 VEGF呈阳性表达 ;41例癌旁组织 11例 VEGF呈表达阳性 (P<0 .0 1)。VEGF的表达与 HCC癌灶大小、镜下门静脉癌栓发生以及肿瘤 TNM分期密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。 6 7例肿瘤组织 36例 MMP- 2呈阳性表达 ;癌旁组织仅有 13例阳性表达 (P<0 .0 5 )。MMP- 2的表达与 HCC癌灶大小、肿瘤 TNM分期密切相关 (P<0 .0 5 )。 VEGF与 MMP- 2同时阳性表达者为 2 7例。结论　 VEGF和 MMP- 2在HCC肿瘤组织中表达上调 ,且与 HCC临床病理特征有一定相关性。VEGF与 MMP- 2在 HCC肿瘤组织中的表达具有相关性。表明 VEGF与 MMP- 2在 HCC发生发展过程中起重要作用。Objective To study the expression of vascwlar endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and matrir metalloproteinases-2(MMP-2)in the HCC and the relationship between the expression and the clinicopathologic variables.Method Expression of VEGF and MMP-2 were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method.Results The positive rates of VEGF and MMP-2 in HCC were higher than those in adjacent group(P<0.01,P<0.05). The positive rate of VEGF was correlated significantly with tumor size, portal vein tumor thrombus and TNM stage.The expression of MMP-2 was correlated significantly with tumor size and tumor stage.A close correlation was showed between the expression of VEGF and MMP-2 (P<0.05).Conclusions VEGF and MMP-2 is over-expressed in HCC tissues, It means the progression of HCC is related possibly to the up regulation of expression of VEGF and MMP-2. The expression of VEGF and MMP-2 show,a close correlation to the clinicopathologic variables.
