A行为类型应激反应的特征与误差分析

摘　　要：目的 :了解医科学生 A行为类型应激反应特征 .方法 :采用 A型行为类型量表将 75名医科学生测量分型后 ;分别测量应激与安静状态下的血浆皮质醇 (cortisol)和甲状激素 (T3)指标 ;并作逻辑四项指标的分析。结果 :在 A型和非A型的应激反应时△ cortisol和△ T3指标有逻辑差异 (t≤ 1.6 812 ,P>0 .0 5 ;t≥ 4 .4 35 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;△ cortisol,△ T3,CH因子三指标在 A型和非 A型的应激反应也有逻辑差异 (tcortisol≤ 2 .2 389,P>0 .0 5 ,tcortisol≥ 2 .9934,P<0 .0 5 ) ;行为类型的 CH因子特性与两种指标的特性是逻辑一致 (即相似性 ) ,并计算偏倚、混杂及交互作用等误差。结论 :从逻辑上肯定Objective:To study A type behavior to stress different response with plasma cortisol(△cortisol) and thyroid hormone(△T 3) by logic-quality research and its errors analysis.Methods:75 cases were determined for A type behavior using psychological questionnaire,and their plasma levels of cortiso land T 3 measured in stress and rest respectively with logic-quality research Results:There was significant difference between non-A and A type behaviors to stress ( t≤1 6812,P>0 05;t≥4 4352,P<0 05 ) in different response of plasma △conisol and △T 3 in logic There was significant difference between non-A and A type behaviors to stress response with three indexes of plasma △cortisol ,△T 3 and behavior CH factor( t cortisol ≤2 2389, P>0 05, t cortisol ≥2 9934, P< 0 05) in logic-quality research, and there was the same logic different response relation (called stress similarity )of behavior CH factor to both △cortisol and △T 3 Its errors were calculated as bias in 39 3%,confounding in 23 85%,and interaction effects in 84 15%.Conclusion:There is, in logic, stress similarity between plasma △cortisol and△T 3 and behavior CH factor of non-A and A type behaviors to stress responses
