大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注后IL-1β的免疫组化研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注 (retinalischemiareperfusion ,RIR)后 ,白细胞介素 1β (IL -1β)多肽在视网膜表达变化。方法 :采用前房灌注生理盐水 ,形成 13 0mmHg ( 17 3kPa)高眼压 ,诱导大鼠视网膜缺血 60min ,解除高眼压 ,建立RIR模型。缺血 60min ,再灌注 12h、 48h作视网膜冰冻切片 ,IL -1β免疫组化观察。结果 :正常对照组未见IL -1β表达 ,RIR后 12h、 48h ,视网膜神经节细层可见IL -1β表达。结论 :结果提示 :IL -1β多肽在蛋白质水平参与RIR损伤发生。Objective:To determine if there are changes in interleukin-1β polypeptide expression in rat retina after retinal ischemia-reperfusion(RIR). Methods:The model of retina ischemia reperfusion was established in the rat.The expression of IL-1β in cryostat sections of retina was observed at 12h、48h after 60 minutes ischemia. Results:At 12h、48h after RIR the expression of IL-1β in the ganglion cell layer increased obviously,No expression was detected in the control group. Conclusions:IL-1β polypeptide involves with RIR Injury.
