溃疡宁胶囊对大鼠幽门螺杆菌感染性胃溃疡实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究溃疡宁胶囊对SD大鼠幽门螺杆菌 (H .Pylori)感染性胃溃疡的疗效。方法　将大鼠胃溃疡模型随机分组 ,分别于不同时间服用蒸馏水、溃疡宁胶囊及甲氰咪胍 ,观察各种指标 ,并于胃溃疡发生的不同时间进行比较。结果　在胃溃疡发生第 1天及第 3周末时 ,服用溃疡宁胶囊组的各观察指标与对照组比较差异显著。结论　 ( 1)H .Pylori对大鼠烧灼性胃溃疡形成有促进作用 ,可使病变组织产生过度炎症反应 ,加重病变组织的严重程度 ,延缓溃疡愈合过程 ;( 2 )溃疡宁胶囊对大鼠H .Pylori感染烧灼性胃溃疡有治疗作用 ,可加速其愈合过程。且其H .Pylori根除率较高 。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Kuiyangning capsule on gastric ulcer caused by H.Pylori infection in SD rats.Methods The models of caulerized gastric ulcer in rats were randomly divided into three groups.The weight,swimming hours,the ulcer indexes and the inflamed cell density were observed at different time.Results The observed indexes in Kuiyangning capsule group were significantly different from those of the control group.Conclusion The Kingyangming capsule is effective in treating cauterized gastric ulcer caused by H.Pylori infection and can shorten the healing course.
